OK, so not everyone may agree with the opening statement, but surely no-one disagrees that the Kawasaki KLX650 is a formidable beast of a motorcycle, and there are many proud owners currently who still love their "beast" with a passion.
The purpose of this website is to:
- Display images of the Kawasaki KLX650
- Disseminate information about the Kawasaki KLX650
- Collect and publish commentary, opinions, information, images, tips and tricks, etc. about the Kawasaki KLX650
To that end we gratefully accept any submissions from the viewers out there, which we will publish (after editing) on the "information" page. You can contact us via email at kawasakiklx650enduro@gmail.com. Please include who you are (unless you wish to remain anonymous), where you hail from, and also (importantly) what references you have for your information. If the information is anecdotal, please include some sort of reference to establish as much credibility as possible. Other viewers are welcome to comment on anyone elses submissions. Unfortunately, some parts for the KLX650 have become increasingly more and more difficult to come by, so anyone who can offer help with parts location is very welcome to contribute.
My name is Chris Neumann, and I currently reside in a small town, about 40kms north of Cairns in Queensland, Australia. I have owned 2 Kawasaki KLX650's - the first was a 1993 KLX650C, and I currently own a 2001 KLX650R.
The website is, obviously, a work in progress but I will endeavour to add content on a regular basis until it resembles a useful site to visit.
